Pakk is a composer for film, TV and visual media. His music has a unique sensibility to picture that makes him a great storyteller, whether it be drama, science fiction/fantasy, horror, thriller, or action. His most recent credits include additional music for blockbuster films Furious 7, Avengers: Age of Ultron, Now You See Me 2, and Power Rangers. He has also contributed music to well over 200 TV episodes for the reboots of Hawaii Five-0, MacGyver and Dallas, as well as Quibi's #FreeRayShawn, HBO's What's My Name: Muhammad Ali, #FreeRayShawn, USA's Burn Notice, and SyFy's Warehouse 13.
Pakk's work has appeared in numerous film festivals, such as Tribeca, Cannes and Toronto International Film Festival. He won the 2009 Moondance International Film Festival's Atlantic Award for his emotional score to the moving drama, Click. In addition, his score to the action thriller web-series, The Division, earned him the Outstanding Achievement Award from the LA Web Fest in 2013.
Pakk was born in Hong Kong but grew up in upstate New York. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his husband, Will, and their mini goldendoodle Daisy.
